The Dust & Grooves Book Tour Across the Atlantic!

On our first European tour, the Dust & Grooves Crew hit three vinyl heavy destinations: Amsterdam, Paris, and London.

In each respective city we set up a photo exhibition from the Dust & Grooves: Adventures In Record Collecting book while collectors and DJs featured in the book provided an all-vinyl soundtrack to the evening’s events. Books were sold and signed, new friends and family were made, and a good time was had by all. If you weren’t able to make it to any of the events, here’s a complete photo and video recap from the tour.

Special thanks to all collectors and DJs who supported the project, contributed songs to our mixes, and played records at our parties.

THANK YOU: All our fans and supporters who came out to hang with us.

Rush Hour Records, Superfly Records, Le Comptoir General, The Vinyl Library, and The Proud Archivist for hosting us in their venues.

Mixcloud, Ninja Tune, Wah Wah 45s, Lost Grooves Productions & Le Mellotron for promotion.

And Dewar’s for sponsoring this tour and supplying endless bottles of whiskey!

Enjoy!

Sunday, May 25, 2014 3pm – 9pm The Vinyl Library, London, UK

Is there a better way to finish our full-on book tour than chilling with some new friends in a library dedicated to vinyl??

In this daytime hangout, we invited local collectors and DJs to come and spin some records, and Eilon, who lost his record bag on the train to Paris, had the chance to DJ using records found in the library.
